Our office is located at 2600 Padre Blvd, across the street from the Kraken Grill on the North Side of the Beach Club building. Our onsite staff of front desk, maintenance, housekeeping including complimentary linen & towel exchange & guest services are right there – not out of State! Local accountability right on the Island
We have found that randomizing which inspectors do our thorough checklist means more eyes ensuring quality on your home services. We also randomize when inspections are done, to make sure our Housekeepers must do a great job each & every time. Additionally, our inspectors do final touch ups, make sure guest amenities like our provided coffee, tea, sweetener, creamer, non stick cooking spray, salt & pepper etc are all there. They do drop a cleanliness “Score Card” at each property to solicit guest feedback that is invaluable in managing our staff & giving bonuses based on 5 star reviews
We have the most complete network of vendors we partner with for maintenance we don’t do in house, which means we contract the service and take it off your Owners statement. These services include:

We use housekeeping teams that get to know your property, rather than a constant rotation of strangers entering your home to “clean”, often times providing “rushed” cleanings as they get paid per property. We assure property a standardized, uniform cleaning & quality checks – not to mention providing all towels, linens, hand soaps, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper & paper towels – no extra charge to our Owners
Our maintenance professionals are full time employees at our Company, skilled at fixing just about everything in a timely fashion and at a fair price. If you are renting your home or condo as a short term vacation rental on South Padre, it is important we take a preventive approach to keeping your home in tip top condition. Renting your property is fairly easy – maintenance & upkeep are not if you don’t have South Padre Island Trips on your side
At onboarding when you first start your rental with us, as well as 1x per year in the fall we physically go thru your property at no charge to check & verify that needed items to assure a good guest experience and review are present. These are things like “enough wine glasses” to an airbed to sufficient pillows. While we do bill at cost for these needed items, there is no cost for the service calls
South Padre Island Trips answers our office lines 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, not to mention our fully staffed front desk & public office at 2600 Padre Blvd, across the street from the Kraken Bar & Grill in the North Side of the Beach Club Building. One of the biggest stressors of owning and renting your property on South Padre Island is the charging and collection of the required City, County, and State occupancy tax filings that all require you have a Short Term Rental License at the City Level, to actually paying these tax amounts accurately each month. In fact, the City of South Padre requires if there is a noise complaint on your property, you must respond within (1) hour IN PERSON with a signed rental agreement in hand.
