2.) 3 bedroom off the beach but on the east side of Padre Blvd the main drag as well as 2 bedroom walk to beach condos of at least 1000 square feet
3.) Beachfront townhomes of at least 3 bedrooms and 1500+ square feet
4.) Beachfront stand alone homes of any kind
5.) Beachfront condos of any size. Beachfront condos from an investment standpoint are worse than the above, but may be more useful to your family for use overall.
