With South Padre Island Trips, EVERYTHING is in house – we are not just a rental agency. Our 2400 square foot office is located at 2600 Padre Blvd, South Padre Island TX 78597 – on the north side of the Beach Club building clearly marked and across the street from the Kraken Bar & Grill.

We have a full service operation including all rental & marketing, guest services, in house – housekeeping (NOT contractors!), full time maintenance, inspections team, and all trust accounting. Our office is staffed 7 days a week 9 am to 5 pm, with phones answered 24 hours per day.

We offer a true “drop keys & collect checks $$” service for Owners. For guest clients, our homes are stocked with a starter pack of bath & body soaps, all towels and linens, hand soaps at every sink, plus coffee, de caf, tea, creamer & sweetener for the morning Joe on your patio! All kitchens are fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, etc.
